Shipping & Privacy
- Q: Is the packaging discreet? A: 100% yes. We ship in plain, unbranded boxes or mailers. The shipping label only reads "BL-Logistics" or "Daily Necessities". There is absolutely no mention of the contents or brand name on the outside.
- Q: How long does shipping take?A: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping to the US/UK typically takes 7-12 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Product Care
- Q: How do I clean my device? A: All our devices are made of medical-grade silicone. Wash with warm water and antibacterial soap (or toy cleaner) before and after use. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
- Q: What lubricant should I use? A: Water-based lubricant ONLY. Please do not use silicone-based lubricants or massage oils, as they can degrade the silicone material of your device over time.
Returns & Warranty
Q: What if my item is defective?
A: We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use (excluding accidental damage or misuse).
If verified as defective, you do not need to return the broken item. We will arrange a replacement.
Please Note:
- Shipping Fee: A nominal shipping & handling fee applies to all warranty replacements.
- Availability: Replacements depend on stock. If your specific model is discontinued, we will offer Store Credit or a comparable model of equal value.
