Your satisfaction and safety are paramount. While we maintain strict hygiene standards given the intimate nature of our products, we stand firmly behind our quality.
Due to the nature of our products (sexual wellness & personal care), we maintain a strict Hygiene-First Return Policy.
Consumer Responsibility:
If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong item), the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
Merchant Responsibility:
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products unless they are proven to be defective under our warranty terms.
Once the safety seal on the packaging has been broken or removed, the item is considered used and non-returnable.
We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of your device.
The warranty covers internal motor faults and battery failures under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or water damage exceeding the IP rating.
How to resolve:
If you believe your item is defective, please do not send it back immediately. Instead, email support@blissluxeco.com with:
- Your Order Number.
- A short video clearly showing the defect.
Our team will review your case and provide instructions for the next steps (replacement or refund).
Change of mind? You may return brand new, unopened, and sealed items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To initiate a return:
- Email our support team to request a Return Authorization.
- Ship the item back to our designated warehouse.
*As stated above, the consumer is responsible for return shipping fees. - Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
If you need to cancel, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
