To ensure optimal delivery speed and security, we utilize a Multi-Modal Logistics Network. The specific method used for your order will depend on the destination and package weight:
- ✈️ Air Freight (Primary): The majority of our international orders are shipped via premium air freight to ensure the fastest possible transit across borders.
- 🚚 Ground/Land Transport: Used for "Last Mile" delivery. Once your package arrives in your country, it is handed over to trusted local carriers (such as USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, etc.) for secure doorstep delivery.
- 🚢 Ocean/Sea Freight: Occasionally utilized for specific regional routes or larger bulk shipments to our distribution hubs, ensuring sustainable and reliable transit during peak seasons.
Rest assured, regardless of the method, all shipments are fully tracked and insured.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number.
You can track your package directly via the link in the email or on our website's Track Order page.
Note: It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update in the system.
For most orders to the US, there are no additional duties. For international orders, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Bliss Luxe Co.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building manager first. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at support@blissluxeco.com within 7 days.
